Terms of use

1. Who we are. Deed & Dock (lakepennsylvania.net) is operated by WeldonPC. "We" means WeldonPC.
2. Information only. The site, guides, Kit and dossiers are general information compiled from public sources. They are not legal, real-estate, engineering, environmental, insurance or tax advice, and using them creates no professional relationship with us. We don't evaluate any specific property, community, dam or water body.
3. Facts change. Every fact shows the date we checked it. Sources can change after that date, and when they do, the source controls.
4. Age. You must be 18 or older to buy or advertise.
5. Digital products. When you buy a Kit, dossier or Bundle, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own home search. You may share a printout with your agent, attorney, inspector or lender for that purpose. You may not resell or republish it.
6. Payments. PayPal processes all payments under its own terms. We never see your card or bank details. Prices are in US dollars and are set by us at checkout.
7. Refunds. Our refund policy is on the Refunds page and is part of these terms.
8. Sponsored listings. Listings are paid advertising. Credentials in listings are self-reported. We don't recommend, rank or check any advertiser, and a listing is not an endorsement.
9. Advertiser promises. If you advertise, you promise that your listing is accurate, that you hold every license it mentions, and that it complies with fair-housing law and Pennsylvania real estate advertising rules. You will not publish anything that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap (disability), familial status or national origin, or any other class protected by law.
10. Automatic rules. Listings are reviewed automatically. Three reports from different people within 30 days hide a listing until it is fixed. A refunded or reversed payment hides the listing, and two reversals block the email from buying listings. Expired listings are hidden.
11. Acceptable use. Don't scrape the site in ways that harm its service, submit false flags or reports, or try to break its security.
12. No warranty. The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
13. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or listing.
14. Governing law. These terms are governed by Ohio law.
15. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
